A. Well, yes! Our top priority is happy customers! While we don’t issue refunds or do exchanges, we will provide you with a store credit less any shipping charges. Please see our Return Policy for additional details.

A. Items ship within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Preorder items will ship at the time indicated on that products page. You will receive a shipping notification to the email address or phone number you provided at checkout when your item ships.

A. As of now, we are solely an online retail boutique, however, we do have occasional Open House shopping events for our customers in the Tennessee area. We also offer local pick up from our warehouse location. A retail storefront is a definite in the future! We will announce the Grand Opening of that Location on our Facebook, Instagram and Website, so stayed tuned !
